THE BASICS
All original painting sales are final as Nancy personally pays a generous amount to ship them to with their original stretchers to your door via courier. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
Shipping fees on any and all returned items are not covered by Nancy Hirsch Lassen.
TIPS
Please read product descriptions thoroughly and carefully. It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided in the product description prior to purchase.
We do our best to provide color accurate photography of the artwork, but please be mindful that calibrations often differ among devices. If color calibrations are of concern, we recommend viewing the item from multiple devices.
